Why can’t you tell me how much it is going to cost me upfront?

Without testing an appliance it is impossible to tell exactly what the fault is going to be over the phone, we will however give you the callout, labour prior to attending and we can advise you of the price of parts and their availability at the job whilst at your appointment.

Why do you take payment in full for ordering uncommon parts?

We now take full payment for special order (non van stocked parts) due to customers changing their mind or cancelling jobs after we have ordered in non-refundable parts.
