Why can’t you give me an exact time for my appointment?

We offer our customers a time for their appointment, but we do ask that they make themselves available for an hour before the time and an hour after the time.

We allocate an hour for each job upon booking.  Some service calls can finish earlier than the allocated hour, meaning that we can be early to you – which is great.  However in some instances not knowing what we are up for until we get to the service call can make things a little tricky and on rare occasions we are late.  If this occurs our technician will call ahead and advise you so you know when we will arrive.
