Why can’t your tell me what’s wrong over the phone?

Giving a diagnosis over the phone is harder than you think.  You may not report all of the faults to us and

If we carried everything we would never have a big enough vehicle to carry it all in.

We carry an extensive  stock range in our van which is made up of the most common parts required for the more common appliance repairs.

If a part is order as directed by you the customer prior to us attending and it turns out that it is not required then a restocking fee that our supplier charges us is passed onto you the customer.

If we need to return to the job with parts there is not a second Service Fee, only time on the job per 15 minutes to fit the new part(s).
